COMPETENCY MODEL
Knowledge, skill, ability, personality, attitude, behaviour…
- Is ability an inborn attribute or a subsequently acquired competency?
- How do you measure (evaluate) ability?
- Are skills improvable?
- How does knowledge affect skills?
- Is empathy a skill or an ability?
- What are we really evaluating in recruitment? Ability or skills?
- Does behaviour always follow attitudes?
Duygu Salman Öztürk will explain these concepts along with the cognitive, emotive and the behavioural processes through the perspective of behavioural sciences, and share their impact on organizational processes.
