EKO CC and Vodasoft CCS companies serving in the similar segment in the call center sector, they merged their shares in proportion of their size to form a stronger structure with all their activities, liabilities, assets and responsibilities under the corporate name of Eko Çağrı Merkezi Hizmetleri Tic. San. A.S. on 31.12.2016. This merger was realized with the integration of Vodasoft and Eko CC cultures and the creation of the“EkoCCS” brand and currently more than 165 brands are being served in this structure.
EkoCCS has made the entire organic components of the merger work in completeharmony and more focused on developing value-added solutions to business partnersserved by this combination. The new location, which is structured to best respond to theexpectations of the Y and Z generations, will be transformed into a call center campus inthe short term, and will gain the structure of an R & D Center in which the information isproduced, shared and applied.
EkoCCS has an 8500 square meters area with a Fitness Saloon, Library, Playground andResting Area, Terrace Café and Hairdresser Room, and it has one of the largest CallCenter locations in Istanbul and offers a wider and more comfortable workspace and more social opportunities to its corporate customers and employees in the new settlement in Çekmeköy, Istanbul.
