Eko CC and Vodasoft CCS companies, which serve in the same segment in Call Center sector, merged on 31.12.2016 as Eko Çağrı Merkezleri Hizmetleri Tic. ve San. A.Ş. under the corporate title and formed a stronger structure with all activities, liabilities, assets and responsibilities. This merge was achieved through the integration of Vodasoft and Eko CC cultures and the creation of the "EkoCCS" brand. Thus, in the sector, the first great union of 2017 was realized.

After the merge EkoCCS became the biggest Call Center in Istanbul with an area of 8500 m2 in Çekmeköy.
