Karaca Group’s CEO Fatih Karaca, a member of the third generation, graduated from Bilkent University and received his masters degree from Barcelona Pompeu Fabra University.
He started his career at Karaca as Retail Channel Development Coordinator. He led the acquisitions of Emsan in 2008 and Jumbo in 2014. He established the brand “Karaca Home” in 2012. He also started the expansion of Karaca abroad and launched Karaca stores in two continents and 16 countries.
Fatih Karaca will talk about their innovation based transformation story of the company. Karaca will also explain the measures they took and new sales techniques they applied in disruptive times while he will be sharing some interesting customer stories.
