Europe’s number three white goods brand Arçelik believes that the change should be initiated inside.
Arçelik’s newest project “Omni” is also targeting the employees to shape their perspective on online world and to remind them that the customer is always at the heart of their business.
Arçelik Omnichannel Development and Communications Director Handan Abdurrahmanoğlu is one of the names leading the project.
Having graduated from İstanbul Bilgi University, Business Administration Department in 2002 and completed Executve MBA in Koc University in 2014, Abdurrahmanoğlu started her professional life in Arçelik A.Ş. at the export department. She was appointed as Central Europe Sales Manager in 2012 and Eastern Europe Sales Manager in 2015. Besides her role in omnichannel, she serves as Head of Grundig Turkey.
Abdurrahmanoğlu will talk about the transformation process in a continuously transforming world and she will explain how they plan to integrate online and offline platforms.
